Payments Policy
It’s the goal of THVMWC to ensure your water is clean, connected and reliable.We all as members have a part to play in the efficiency and effeciveness of our clean water community.
Late Payments
There is a 10-day grace period to pay your water bill. You will receive a notice on day 10 if payment has not been received. After the 10 day grace period, if no payment has been received you will be a issued a 24 hours shut-off notice.
Water Disconnect & Reconnect
If your water service is disconnected, a $125 disconnection fee and a $125 reconnection fee will be charged. All costs to install a lockable curbstop in addition to the total amount due on your account will be required to restore your water service.
Insufficient Funds
If you pay your bill with a check and it does not clear, a dishonored check will result in an immediate disconnection without further notice. A partial payment will NOT stop enforcement of this notice.
