Al DeBella has been visiting Twain Harte since early 1960's, In 2018 Al retired from the San Francisco Fire Department after 37 years of service. He graduated in 1988 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Behavior from University of San Francisco. Al specialized in plan check reviewing of: construction, developments, smoke control systems, fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems and water systems. He is married to Dianna and they have 4 grandkids.
